COVID-19

All our photographers adhere to local health and safety regulations, including all COVID-19 guidelines in place at the time of your session.
Our priority is to ensure a safe, professional, and enjoyable experience for both clients and photographers.


Late Arrivals

Please notify your photographer as soon as you know you might be delayed.
You must inform them at least one hour before your scheduled session time.

If no prior notice is given, the photographer will wait a maximum of 35 minutes from the agreed start time.
If you arrive late, the session will end at the original time unless the photographer offers to extend it at their discretion.

Please note that photographers often have sessions scheduled before or after yours, and changes in timing may limit the total session duration.


Bad Weather

We kindly ask all clients to check the weather forecast before booking.
Our photographers will always prepare their equipment and meet you at the agreed location regardless of weather conditions.

Refunds or reschedules due to weather will only be processed if the photographer determines that the photoshoot cannot be carried out safely or effectively.
Otherwise, the session will proceed as planned.


Contact & Communication

To ensure smooth communication, all bookings and requests are managed by our Bookings Department until your session is confirmed.
During this period, our team handles all correspondence, details, and special requests related to your booking.

Your assigned photographer will contact you 24–48 hours before your scheduled session.
Due to the number of ongoing shoots, earlier contact may not always be possible.

If you wish to reach your photographer earlier, please contact our team via email, WhatsApp, or online chat, and we will be happy to assist.


Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted up to 8 weeks before the session date and are subject to a 15% administrative fee.
Within this period, 75% of the payment will be refunded to the same account used for booking.

After this 8-week window, the booking becomes non-refundable.
Refunds, when applicable, may take up to 15 business days to appear in your account.


Files & Editing

Photos are delivered through a digital gallery, available for 30 days after delivery.
After this period, your gallery and files may be permanently deleted from our servers.

Editing includes basic colour correction and minor object removal.
Additional or advanced retouching requests may be subject to extra charges.

Unless otherwise requested in writing, Travelandabroad reserves the right to use selected images for promotional or commercial purposes.

Photographer Liability

While every care is taken to ensure a professional service, Travelandabroad and its photographers shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, accident, or damage to persons or property that may occur during the session.
In the unlikely event of equipment failure, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control that prevent the photoshoot from taking place, our responsibility is limited to rescheduling the session or refund amount paid.
No further liability will be accepted for consequential losses, missed opportunities, or travel costs.
